So I am REALLY going to start my diet today. I have to. I got on the scale and I am 176 pounds!! Can you say fat ass. And what is even worse is that I was 162 only 2 months ago. So, I figure that I will keep a daily food journal of everything I eat. I will also mention what I did for my workout that day. I have to do something, as my dad and sister and I are all in a competition to see who loses the most weight. I don't care if I win, but I do want to look good, especially if they lose weight. I don't want to be the only person that hasn't lost weight.

Breakfast 6:10 am
1 pkg instant grits
3 egg whites
1 lg glass water
1 mug coffee w LF creamer (I can't give up my creamer)
Snack 10:00 am
1 pkg oatmeal
1 bottle water
Lunch 12:00 pm
Lean Cusine - Chicken and fried rice bowl (really good by the way, and only 280 calories 6g fat)
1 bottle water
I will post more later as I eat more later in the day.
